Arrival to Carvoeiro. In case of arriving by plane to Faro airport, a private transfer to the hotel will be waiting for you. Free time to rest, enjoy the hotel's facilities and the magnificent natural landscape. We suggest a walk to Vale Covo Beach or watch the lovely sunset at the hotel's bar while taking a cocktail. Accommodation.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Portimão, for a private Sidecar tour that includes the tasting of "petiscos" (the spanish have "tapas" and the portuguese have "petiscos") and wines from Lagoa region. After receiving the safety instructions from your experienced guide and driver, put on your helmet and board on a classic sidecar to the beautiful village of Alvor, always with a privileged view of the Atlantic Ocean and the magnificent beaches of the Algarve coast. During this tour you will taste, among others, some fish or seafood "petiscos" and delicious desserts, such as the typical Almond and Fig Sweets, as well as discover facts and curiosities about this region's gastronomic culture. The tour continues towards the city of Lagoa to visit and taste wines in one of the main wineries of the Algarve. Return to Portimão, where your tour began, and back to Carvoeiro. Rest of the day at leisure. We suggest a walk along the footbridge and trail between the Algar Seco and the Fort of Nossa Senhora da Encarnação and, if weather permits, enjoy the white sandy beaches and the crystal clear water. Accommodation.
Breakfast and day at leisure. We suggest a walk to the enchanting and picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro and/or enjoy the white sandy beaches and the crystal clear water. If you wish, we can arrange by request a Cataplana (a typical dish from the Algarve that has been named after the Arab vessel, where fish, seafood, meats, vegetables, etc. are cooked) or a Regional Sweets Cooking Class. In schedule to be defined, departure for a delicious enogastronomic experience in a restaurant awarded by the exclusive Michelin Guide. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Breakfast at the hotel and private transfer to Faro airport, in case the return by plane is applied and according to the time of your flight. Thank you for traveling with us!
